We affectionately refer to our puppies as "bully babes" because they truly embody that endearing essence of innocence and charm. Our brand is dedicated to celebrating our puppies and the nurturing environments they deserve. Everything we provide for their care is designed with love and attention to ensure they thrive in their new homes.
Our bully babes are ready to join their new families as early as 8.5 weeks old. They come fully equipped with a starter pack containing essential items such as a microchip, vet documents, kibble, a scented blanket, and some additional goodies to help them settle into their new homes.
Options for no crop or crop, before 8 weeks are available.
Moving your new bully babe into your home can be a bit overwhelming during the initial days.
It's crucial to maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere to ease their transition.
Start by providing a safe space, such as a crate, where they can feel secure.
Establishing a consistent schedule for potty breaks and naps will also help them settle in smoothly.
Make sure your purchase vet appointment is completed within 3 days of them going home, to honor your four year genetic health guarentee.
On the day our puppies turn six weeks old, they undergo a comprehensive veterinary exam.
This includes a thorough full-body checkup, exam and fecal test. Then again, at 8 weeks old, pups are scheduled for ear crops, vaccines, fecals and final exams.
Upon completion, they receive a health paper confirming their good health and passing status, ensuring they are ready to join their new families with confidence.
Our health papers are meticulously detailed to include essential information about each puppy, including their microchip number, date of birth, color, and a detailed description of every vaccine administered along with the corresponding dates. Additionally, the certificates also feature the examination and fecal result dates.
We prioritize microchipping our puppies at an early stage, ensuring that each one receives a unique identifier. This process is carried out by our team, Lyric and Chris, and it provides owners with the confidence that the veterinary documents are accurately associated with their respective puppies.
If you select your puppy before the vet appointment for ear cropping is scheduled, you will have the option to have your puppy's ears cropped before they leave. Pricing will reflect this choice. Please reach out to us for both the uncropped and cropped prices—the difference being the cost of the cropping itself.
If you discover our website after the puppies have already had their ears cropped, their price will include the cropping and the care that follows.
Puppies stay with their mom until around six - to seven weeks, then they start gaining some independence, experiencing various sounds, objects, and daily routines for seamless adjustment to new homes and stable temperaments, while seeing mom over time much less towards the 7-8 week mark. They start weaning onto mush around 4.5 weeks of age and eating hard kibble around 6 weeks of age.
We rear our bully babes in our whelping house, designed to resemble our own home.
Our children actively engage in caring for and socializing with the puppies. When the puppies reach three weeks of age, they transition between the whelping house and our residence, and their puppy yard, exposing them to varying environments and interactions with our family and personal dogs.
Weekly deworming with strongid, followed by Panacur at four and six weeks for 3 days in a row and again for 5 days before vet visits, ensures a healthy start. At 8 weeks they will have a ivermectin dose, for heart worm prevention as well, all noted in their folders for you.
Vet checks, vaccines, and a health paper at 6 and 8 weeks are standard. We use Toltrazuril for coccidia prevention and treatments, and febendazole for all other worms.
After eight weeks, we continue deworming the puppies for 5 to 7 days before they go to their new homes and go to their vet visits, to ensure they’re parasite-free. In Florida, hookworms are particularly problematic due to their resistance, so persistence is key to eliminating them.
Every 3 to 4 weeks, we administer Panacur for 3 to 5 days and give a single dose of moxidectin. This routine helps keep hookworms under control by targeting them at various stages of their life cycle.
Our older puppies are typically priced higher due to the extra care and attention they receive while waiting for their new families.
By the time they’re ready to go home, they often have received several rounds of vaccinations or have completed their entire puppy vaccination series, along with multiple vet exams and fecal checks.
Additionally, many of these puppies have a foundation in basic training, or they may already be enrolled in advanced training programs, which is included in their purchase price.

Q: Why did you add Boerboels to your program?
In late 2025, we welcomed a pair of Boerboels to our farm to expand our breeding program while staying medium-sized and carefully managed. The Boerboel is a natural fit for our family and farm lifestyle, as well as for families seeking loyal property guardians.
Q: Which Boerboels do you own?
Our male, Kane, is direct AFRIKA lineage, known for strong genetics and traditional South African type, and stong personality. Our female, Guardian Toothless, comes from Guardian Boerboels in Washington. Both are excellent representations of the breed, and we’re excited to see how Toothless appraises and how this pair contributes to our future generations.
Q: What makes the Boerboel unique compared to your Bullies?
While our American Bullies shine as family companions with big, goofy personalities, Boerboels are true working guardians—bred for strength, courage, and loyalty. They excel as property protectors and family guardians while still being loving and deeply bonded with their people.
Q: How big will your Boerboels be?
Boerboels are naturally large and powerful. Adult males can weigh 150–200 lbs, while females are often 120–160 lbs. We carefully manage nutrition, exercise, and socialization to ensure they grow into balanced, athletic, and healthy dogsrather than oversized or unfit guardians.
Q: Do Boerboels need special training or homes?
Yes. Boerboels thrive in homes that understand large guardian breeds and are willing to continue with consistent training, boundaries, and socialization. We support our families with guidance to ensure every puppy transitions into a safe, structured, and successful environment.
We start weaning our puppies on a nutrient-rich blend of farm-raised raw rabbit and Honest Kitchen dehydrated raw, creating a soft, protein-packed, moisture-rich mush.
As they grow, we gradually introduce Honest Kitchen Puppy Clusters, while continuing to add raw rabbit to their evening meal. Every puppy goes home with a 1 lb bag of Clusters in their take-home backpack so you can continue their familiar diet, and their exact meal amount in their care packet.
